Our styles, your labels.

We offer an easy and inexpensive way to start your own private label t-shirt brand.

We can sew your labels onto any of our products Ie: Re label existing shirts or make tee shirts with your labels from entirely from scratch. Choose your favourite tee shirt styles from our range, select your favourite colours, provide us with your labels and a quantity per size and we'll do the rest.

If we are making you tee shirts from scratch we do request that your sew in labels have a minimum 10mm sew in allowance, this way your logo won't get cut off in production.

Pre Production Samples

On your request we will supply a sample prior to full production, and will not commence manufacturing until you are completely satisfied with, and have approved your sample. 

If you don't require a sample our team will sew your supplied label into the garment the way it has been designed to be done.

Sampling charges are based on the complexity of the garment and the time it takes for us to cut, make and trim. as an example for a basic tee shirt we charge $50.00 + gst for a pre production sample.

Order Minimums

Minimums are based on the style being ordered. Minimums in our Sydney factory are set as follows:

• Private Label = 100 garments (10 per size, per colour).
• Custom Pattern = 250 pieces per pattern (10 per size, per colour). We can vary the minimum for some specific orders, please contact us to discuss.
• The minimum order for a custom fabric colour is 2 rolls.

Custom Manufacturing

Our manufacturing expertise from your custom made patterns and designs.

If we don't stock a style that you're looking for, we can custom make it for you.

We have a lot of flexibility when it comes to custom orders. We can manufacture your garments in our company owned Sydney apparel factory and/or manufacture your tee's with our factory partners over seas. We can use your existing patterns or develop them in house, provide a wide range of different stitching methods, multiple fabric colours and several types of fabric weight. You can make variations to one of our existing style's, or we can help to design something specifically for you.

Please understand that we are a specialised single jersey fabric manufacturer and we will only be able to produce styles that require basic sewing construction. We don't manufacture any woven garments at present ie: Jeans, Coats,  Trousers, traditional button down business shirts etc

Custom Colours

We currently stock over 28 colours of OCC Apparel organic fabric. If we are missing a colour that you would like, no problem, we can have it custom dyed for you. All we need is a physical fabric swatch of your preferred colour.

You will typically receive your fabric lab dip sample 1-2 weeks after placing your order, and your final production fabric 2-3 weeks after approving your sample.

When ordering custom colours you are required to take the entire batch of fabric. We can make it all into garments or you can have some left as fabric.
